Great jacket! "For me feel Frances Valentine runs small overall. I was about to size up but decided to get an XL. I wanted a Jean jacket that would be big enough to put over sweaters. I read the reviews that it is larger and took I chance with the XL. It’s perfectly oversized. I’m sooooo glad I didn’t size up! The material feels like great quality denim and is so soft. The sleeves do run longer. I’m good with that bc I have longer arms and it’s nice I can cuff it without it being short on my arms. Cuffing it is a “normal” length for me. Cute Jacket - Not a good fit and final sale "I took a chance because I really loved this jacket and full price wasn't in my budget, but the 20% off sale price was appealing so I knew it was final sale and no exchanges or returns, but I went by the measurements on the size chart so I thought it would be okay. It arrived and I give the jacket 5 stars as it is high quality and very cute, but it is huge and hangs off my shoulders! But the AI customer service not so great - I give this 2 stars - mostly because I wasn't on hold but that's it. I thought I'd try for an exchange since they do have my true size in stock, and understood that was a "no" but AI was robotic and no other solution was offered - such as I could buy the other size and pay for shipping but still get the 20% off. No solution - just goodbye. So this will go in the donate bag and someone else will be very happy. I will never buy on Final Sale again. Lesson learned. Jean jacket "I ordered this jean jacket online on sale. It was a good price for a FV garment. Really cute style but the fit is strange. Lovely Denim Jacket "I ordered a 1X and it was extremely large. I returned and ordered a XL and it fit perfect. This has become my favorite denim jacket and I have several. My only problem was that, I returned the first jacket as I received…but when I received my exchange it was not returned in the garment bag, The garment bags are very nice for the garments and they work for me because I travel a lot." — Alice H. Sleeves are tooo long "A nice jacket but in my usual size L the sleeves were 3 inches too long. I have reordered a meduim. The jacket fits at my waistline.
