SUPER disappointed "I ordered this the day before this collab launched and I was SO EXCITED to receive this to wear to an event I’m going to this coming weekend. The dress arrived WORN. The paillettes were crinkled, a few of them scraped and disconnected from the dress, and there was a stain on the front of the dress AND deodorant under the armpit of one side, and now the size I ordered this in, is sold out. I’m SO sad. I’ve purchased from Frances Valentine many times and usually they’re excellent quality, and arrives in perfect condition. This is a HUGE disappointment, especially for a pricey item. They offered to give me store credit for something else, but, this dress arrived in such a mess, I’m getting a refund and moving on. SO disappointed." — Adrienne H. (1/5)
