We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a return shipping fee.
Exchanges are always free, but you can only exchange once per order.
Please use the Frances Valentine shipping label or Happy Returns QR code to ensure you are refunded promptly.
Once you complete the return process outlined above, you will receive your pre-paid shipping label or QR code via email.
To ensure you receive your full refund, your items must meet the below requirements:
If you have placed more than one order, it is important that you ship the items connected with the original order back together. You may not combine the items placed in separate orders.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. We will not issue refunds on items that are not in new condition.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in original packaging.
Frances Valentine shoes must include the original shoe box in its original condition: restocking fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without original shoe box.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased at department stores, boutiques, or any other retailers carrying Frances Valentine merchandise cannot be returned to francesvalentine.com.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Please allow 10-14 days from the time your return is delivered to receive your refund depending on financial institutions.

You are only able to exchange once per order.
If you would like your exchange order to begin processing at submission, please select instant exchange. A $1 hold will be placed on your credit card at the time the order is placed. If the exchange order is not returned within 14 days your credit card will be charged for the full instant exchange order total.

If you are returning multiple orders they must be shipped back separately with each order's corresponding return label or Happy Returns QR code. Multiple orders may not be packed and shipped together.

Please double check that your label and items being returned are from Frances Valentine and not another brand. In case this occurs, we are not liable for covering return fees for non-FV products and we are entitled to reject your refund.

For free quick returns and exchanges, bring your invoice or receipt (required) to any Frances Valentine store. If you have purchased in-store and return to a location without a store near you, please reach out to our customer service team who can provide you with a label to ship back to our warehouse.
Additionally we offer returns through Happy Returns. These returns can be dropped off at any Happy Returns Bar location without your box and will incur a $6 return fee.
Lastly we offer standard box and ship returns. These items can be repackaged and sent back with the prepaid label generated at the time of the return request. Box and ship returns incur a $14 return fee.
Extended Holiday Returns: For any orders placed from 11/18/24 - 12/10/24, you will have until 1/10/24, Midnight EST to return your order.
