Packing procedure "I love the sweater, however when I received it , It was crumpled up and stuffed into a Frances Valentine cloth bag which was to small for it and then stuffed into a plastic wrap for shipping. End result is I had to steam out all of the creases which were many. Great Classic Sweater "I wanted to love this sweater, but the 90% wool did not set well with my allergies. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. I purchased an XL, but if I had kept it, I would have ordered one size up as it has a satin lining which I felt didn't give me much wiggle room as I'd like.
