Is it easy to return items (US customers)?

Yes! Just use the link in our site footer to start your return. We will provide information on how to exchange or return. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Exchanges are free. There is an $14 shipping fee for box and ship returns and a $6 return fee for any Happy Return.

Can I return International Orders? International orders are non-refundable. They cannot be shipped back for refund or exchange. These orders are final sale.

Can you exchange gifts?  
Yes, gift exchanges can be processed easily through our returns portal or our Customer Service Representative.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by our staff, you'll get your refund typically within 5-7 business days but can take longer depending on your financial institution.

What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 30 days. Final Sale items are not returnable or eligible for exchange. International orders are not returnable. We have extended return policies during the holidays!

What items are non-refundable?
Items marked as final sale. International orders are not returnable.
