Spring is just around the corner and with the return of sunny skies and blooming flowers so does the age-old question – what do I wear?!Â
Stress no more! We sat down with our co-founder and professional event-goer Elyce to break down what each dress code means and her suggestions to help you be the best dressed guest this event season.
Daytime
Daytime events are definitely a time to have fun with it, dress in bold prints and bright colors. One piece I cannot stop getting compliments on is my Sunny dress. Amazing soft stretch cotton makes it so wearable for events outside and not to mention the sewn-on flowers which just steal the show!
Cocktail
A cocktail dress code can sometimes be a bit tricky since it can mean so many different things to different people. I always find myself reaching for my Lucille wrap dress time and time again - it’s always a safe bet when attending a cocktail party and with the right accessories this dress really shines.
Black Tie
I just love getting all gussied up for a black tie event! When putting together evening looks I always think about comfort along with style - picking out shoes that I can dance or stand in for hours is a must. My go to this spring for black tie affairs is definitely the Susie Jumpsuit!
