Item Availability

The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved and the shipping address is verified.

Pre-ordered items are not yet in stock, but available for advanced order on francesvalentine.com. A pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your chosen shipping address once it’s in stock. As with all purchases on francesvalentine.com, the amount of the order/shipment will be pre-authorized and therefore not charged until it is shipped to you. Often we are reliant upon our suppliers in Italy and Spain for the integrity of expectant dates and other information as to when we would be able to ship a pre-ordered item to you. It is with our assurance that as soon as an item is received in our warehouse it will ship as priority to all pre-ordered customers within 1 – 2 business days. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you had previously selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Should you have further inquiries regarding the processing of specific pre-ordered items please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Frances Valentine ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We ship via FedEx, shipping methods, which are offered during checkout and may vary based upon the shipping address provided.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States). 
  • FedEx Home Delivery occurs in 2-6 business days after processing
  • FedEx Expedited 2-DAY delivery occurs in 2 business days for orders placed by 1PM ET
  • FedEx Next Day delivery occurs in 1 business day for orders placed by 1PM ET
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are only available for Standard Shipping and arrive within the time frame sited within the Shipping Method and Costs table in line below. Expedited shipping is not available.
  • We are unable to ship orders at the present time to PO Box address(es).
  • Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Most packages will be shipped by FedEx, and final delivery will be made by your local mail carrier who will be in direct contact with you regarding delivery status(es). 

 

International Shipping

Currently Frances Valentine is not able to accommodate shipments outside of the United States. For questions, please contact us at help@francesvalentine.com or call us at 1 800 TRULY FV and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Shipping Methods and Costs 

Frances Valentine is pleased to offer free standard shipping to arrive within 5 business days for most in-stock merchandise, unless otherwise indicated. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. As you update the shipping method section, your order total will adjust accordingly.

Shipping to the Non-Contiguous United States

For deliveries to Alaska Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, unfortunately these are not available for expedited delivery; the flat rate shipping to these locations are detailed within our shipping methods and costs table illustrated above.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our warehouse. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email as well as, in your order history on francesvalentine.com. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into FedEx’s tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, FedEx may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
